A rich beef chilli cooked in wine with red peppers, served with a hunk of locally baked granary bread and topped with grated cheese and fresh coriander
Sausage and Mixed Bean Casserole
Cooked with bacon and mixed beans in red wine, served with a hunk of locally baked granary bread
The Blue Balti
A chicken balti curry cooked with fresh spinach, tomatoes and ginger served with poppadum and mango chutney
Beef in Ale
A rich casserole with root vegetables, skirt of beef and Adnams ale, served with a hunk of local granary bread

Confit  duck leg , served with dauphinoise potatoes and braised red cabbage.

Mac'n'Cheese, cooked with spinach and butternut squash, served with a green salad


Vegetable quiche with homemade crunchy coleslaw and a green salad

Rare roast beef or honey roast ham salad with home made crunchy coleslaw
Chicken thighs cooked with basil, lemon and white wine, served with green beans and bread


Chicken Caesar Salad, with smoked chicken breast and bacon

Vegetable Tagine served with rice or bread

Roast Gammon or mature cheddar with Angela's home made piccalilli

Rare Roast Beef with wild rocket and horseradish
