Any cancellation 30 days prior to arrival 100% deposit returned.

We know that from time to time the unexpected comes up and best-laid plans go awry.

For that reason, we will accept cancellations up to 3 days before arrival.

​

However, as a small business with just 2 rooms, we have to charge in full for rooms cancelled within 3 days of arrival.

​

No pets, no smoking and no children under 12 years old.
